Situated right on the Minnamurra River, this townhouse is a great place to chill out and watch the water drift by. The rear deck is the place to do it from. With frequent guests, the owners needed more room so we worked with them to create a new 2 story garage and studio.

Upstairs in the studio, the custom built bunk beds are doubles, accommodating a total of 8 guests. There's custom built cabinetry including the drawers under the bed that provides plenty of storage for a rotating roster of family and friends. A kitchenette provides more storage and makes this studio self sufficient.
