Beach front at Gerroa

Bi-fold doors were installed opening up the front of the home to the extensive views. A stunning modern kitchen connects the deck to the living and dining areas. There's loads of storages space with a combination of pantry, cupbards & drawers, new appliances and a spectacular cesar stone island bench with undermounted black sink and tapware.

 

The original bathroom in this home was transformed in to a family friendly sanctuary. Beautiful marble hexagonal tiles elevate this family bathroom to a modern delight. Partnered with a modern back to the wall toilet, generous bath and loor tiles that make sweeping up all that sand a breeze. It's easy to care for and enjoyed by everyone.

 

An ensquite was also added using exquisite feature tiles in the shower. With the double rain shower and fixed glass keeping it open it's an indulgent spa like space to retreat to.

 

A large new garage was custom built with room for all the toys and a private alfresco bbq area tucked in behind.We used a fun concrete flooring procuct called Lumiesque in this area that glows in the dark! Luminesque® is a concrete aggregate with the addition of brilliant luminescent aggregate technology radiates natural light in the dark for hours after daylight sun exposure.
