Berry

This stunning home in the hills above Berry has incredible views across the rolling green landscape to the sea.
Accommodating the owners and their extended family who visit often, we worked with the client to improve their outdoor area, stone fireplace and polished timber floors.
Laying crazy paving and feature hardwood posts at the entrance and side creates an impressive entrance. The features posts carry through to the wrap around deck which looks over the pool and the sweeping views.
We rebuilt the existing decks around the pool and off the bedrooms using Modwood, glass pool fencing, custom made aluminum fencing and a Vergola roof feature.
Modwood is a composite decking material which is long-wearing, safe and eco-friendly. And because it is splinter-free, it is also safe for use with children. Modwood's resistance to the toughest Australian weather conditions make them a great, low-maintenance alternative to conventional timber.
The Vergola roof inserts adjustable louvres allow the right balance of light, shade and ventilation and it has a rain sensor so closes automatically whenever rainfall is detected.
In winter it can get a little chilly here in the hills. This home is blessed with a large fire place which we updated by creating a beautiful stacked stone chimney and fireplace that adds warmth and texture to both the inside and outside of the home.
